This is a legal agreement between the person or organization (“Customer”, “Buyer” or “you”) agreeing to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and the applicable Flopress licensing entities (“G.A. Software”,”Flopress”, “Seller”, “us,” or “we”). By accepting these Terms, making a purchase, or using any Services provided by us, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to bind the Customer to the Order, these Terms, and any applicable Service Descriptions (collectively the “Agreement”).
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.
Updates are included for the first year. Therefore if you have a valid and active license key updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard.
After 1 year you will continue receiving product updates and support if your automatic renewals are enabled. If you cancelled your renewals you can still manually renew your license key from the Checkout area on this website. Should you require any assistance contact us.
Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year after the purchase date. If your automatic renewals are enabled, you will continue receiving support after the first year. If you cancel your automatic renewals you can manually renew your license key from the Pricing page on this website or from your Account node in the plugin.
Support is provided via email Monday to Friday from 9AM till 5PM in GMT time zone. Once you contact support you will receive the first response within the first 24 hours if it is during business hours.
License holders cannot distribute, freely giveaway, or resell their license key. The license key is only transferable by contacting us and requesting an official transfer of the license to a new owner. The license is intended to be used on the license holders’ website or websites. Client site usage is permitted in situations where the license holder maintains an ongoing relationship with the client as a consultant.
After payment has been successfully processed, you will be directed to a copy of your receipt that contains download links. This receipt will also be emailed to you. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens instantly when placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please send us an email.
Prices of all products and services are subject to change at any time. Notice of price changes will be made available on our website.
By purchasing the premium plugin you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
In the event of a problem with the premium edition of the Flopress plugin, we will provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Before a refund is granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem(s) you have by opening a support ticket with us.
Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals. No refunds will be given after 30 days from the initial purchase.
Refunds will not be granted if a user simply decides not to use the purchased products and services. We stand behind our products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
Refund requests may take up to 14 days to process. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of G.A. Software. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase.
Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agreed to the terms & conditions of use including the Refund Policy.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on these criteria, you may request a refund by sending an email to support@flopress.io.
We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.
G.A. Software reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. If an account is suspended no refund will be granted.
We may on occasion send you email notifications related to your plugin license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of the Flopress plugin.
We may publicly disclose that we are providing Services to you / you are using the Flopress plugin and may use your name and logo to identify you as our customer/or third party plugins in promotional materials, including press releases (provided that Flopress will allow you to review any press release(s) prior to issuance) and case studies, white papers, event materials, presentations, published media, website content and earnings calls, in all media, now known or which shall become known in the future.
All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on flopress.io is the property of G.A. Software. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advance. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of G.A. Software.
Our plugins are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not and cannot guarantee they will function with all third party plugins, extensions, themes and web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin, theme or extension compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to properly test and support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for third party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows.
Flopress provides predefined features that can be loaded into websites (called “features” in the Flopress plugin)
We are not responsible for any data loss, indirect or direct damage that may occur as a result of installing this plugin or any of its predefined features and extensions.
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS BORNE BY BUYER. SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE IN ANY RESPECT, BUYER AND NOT SELLER OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS ASSUMES THE ENTIRE COST OF ANY SERVICE AND REPAIR. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. NO USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AUTHORIZED HEREUNDER EXCEPT UNDER THIS DISCLAIMER.
